Block rotation

Our Internal Medicine Residency program is 36 months and follows a 4+2 block rotation schedule (4 weeks inpatient and 2 weeks outpatient), designed to comply with all ACGME Internal Medicine Review Committee requirements.

Each year has 24, two-week blocks of inpatient/outpatient/specialty/elective rotations, with longitudinal experiences throughout the training. Our residency continuity clinic is a part of the longitudinal experience across three years of training.

All residents are expected to complete each rotation as scheduled. Rotation information with its goal and objectives is available on New Innovations.
