Cancer treatments

We offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for all types and stages of cancer, including surgery, gynecological oncology, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

About out cancer treatments:

  • Surgery: Cancer will often form an abnormal tissue called a tumor in the place it originated in the body. Tumors continue to produce cancer cells and attempt to spread them to other parts of the body. By removing a tumor through surgery, we can remove much of the cancer and prevent it from spreading. Minimally invasive surgeries can also be done to diagnose cancer and see how far it has spread.
  • Gynecological Oncology: Cancers in the female reproductive organs are some of the most prevalent forms of the disease. We have developed a comprehensive gynecological oncology program to help you battle cancer of the ovaries, uterus, cervix and more.
  • Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy is a powerful medication that destroys cancer cells. While highly effective, chemotherapy has a difficult time distinguishing cancer cells from healthy cells and often ends up killing both. As a result, it can come with serious side effects. Nonetheless, chemotherapy is highly effective and is often used in conjunction with other treatments.
  • Radiation therapy: Concentrated doses of radiation are an effective killer of cancer cells. Using state-of-the-art, highly precise technology, we are able to administer radiation blasts at cancerous areas without causing significant damage to nearby healthy cells.

One of the big reasons cancer treatments take their toll on patients is because they often end up causing damage to other parts of the body. Though this damage is not severe and the benefit of removing the cancer far outweighs the cost, helping you manage the side effects of treatment is a key part of how we provide cancer care.
