
Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Ayala serves
as Designated Institutional Official (DIO) of the Hanford Family Medicine
Residency program. He is the Market Medical Officer for Adventist Health
in the Central Valley and sits on the networks’ governing boards.
Board certified in Family Medicine and Hospice Medical Director Board.
Dr. Patri has been practicing family medicine for the past ten years and
has also served as faculty at University of California at San Francisco,
Fresno. Dr. Patri is a champion in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and
is in the process of completing a Leading Physician Well-being certificate
program from American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also a fellow
of American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Patri is a recipient of
the “Top Physicians under 40” in 2019 from Pennsylvania Medical
Society for her role in serving the underserved community as a Family
Physician. She is the current President of California Academy of Family
Physicians Fresno-Kings-Madera Chapter, a chapter with more than 300 members
in the Central Valley, California.
Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Struck provides procedure training
and provides oversight and support for the family medicine experience.
Certified ACGME Coordinator and a member of the AFMA, Alisa supports the
GME, Core Faculty and residents.
Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Beddoe assists
in providing oversight of the Hanford Family Medicine Residency program.
Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. De Castro is a graduate of the
Hanford Family Medicine Residency program. As a member of the Core Faculty,
she provides support for the family medicine experience.
Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Javali is a member of the Core
Faculty for the Hanford Family Medicine Residency program. She provides
education oversight and support for the family medicine experience.
A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Kotler is part of the Core Faculty
for the Hanford Family Medicine Residency program. He teaches behavioral
health with an emphasis on a holistic approach to patient-centered care.
Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Lloyd is a member
of the Core Faculty for the Hanford Family Medicine Residency program.
With his fellowship training into obstetrics, he supports residents with
women’s health education.
A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Palav supports the Hanford
Family Medicine Residency as a member of the Faculty. She provides Inpatient
education and training to the residents.
