Application Information

The application process for our PGY1 program should be completed online using PHORCAS.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Eligible for pharmacy licensure in the state of California.
  • Obtain or hold a current California pharmacy intern license by the residency start date.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Application Requirements:

  • Completed PHORCAS application
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Letter of Intent
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Official pharmacy school transcripts
