No personally identifiable health information will be shared with your employer, including the Human Resources department, managers, supervisors or other non-health plan employees. The health plan database is separate and apart from our IT services, and to ensure your privacy, is hosted by a vendor outside of our service area. Your employer will receive only aggregated statistics stripped of any identifying information.
