AHHF serves 45 communities in Kings, Tulare, Kern and Fresno counties. Services include cardiac catheterization lab, 24-hour emergency care, intensive care unit, imaging, Kerr Outpatient Center, lab, medical/surgical nursing care, surgery, two physical therapy sites, cardiopulmonary services, outpatient lab and imaging center, women’s obstetrics services, Breast Care Center, Wound Healing Center, Sleep Apnea Center, Sequoia Regional Cancer Center with Kaweah Delta Health Care District and intensive care neonatal nursery with Children’s Hospital of Central California. The medical center also oversees a network of primary care physicians, 51 community care medical offices and 2 residency programs.

Together with Adventist Health Selma, in 2018, Adventist Health Hanford had 12,176 admissions, 2,431 deliveries, 112,741 emergency visits, and 140,090 outpatient visits. The two hospitals are staffed by 479 physicians, 1,739 employees and 260 active volunteers.

Hanford is one of California's hidden treasures, with rich history and a professional attitude toward growth. Located in the heart of California's San Joaquin Valley, Hanford lies between the Sierra Nevada and the Coastal mountain ranges in Kings County, and is equidistant from the greater Los Angeles area to the south, and the San Francisco-Sacramento area to the north.

Kings County welcomed a milestone in health care with the opening of Adventist Health Hanford in December 2010. This state-of-the-art accredited medical center features 120 private medical-surgical beds, six 600-square-foot operating rooms, a cardiac cath lab, 26 emergency treatment rooms, complete radiographic imaging, an automated laboratory, 22 intensive care beds, a helipad and computerized medical records. Each warmly decorated patient room is equipped with a private bath and a 42" flat screen television with Internet access, affording patients privacy and comfort during their stay. Surgeons have modern equipment, accommodating anesthesia and blocked time with back-to-back operating rooms.

Next to the medical center is the Family Birth Center. This center features private rooms and a design focused on the patient's experience. It offers 30 beds for mothers, two operating rooms and a six-bed neonatal intensive care beds that will be served by Children's Hospital Central California.

Adjacent to Adventist Health Hanford is the 60,000-square-foot Hanford Medical Pavilion. The pavilion features physician office space in addition to outpatient surgery, diagnostics, cardiorespiratory and phlebotomy services, as well as a Breast Care Center, with stereotactic biopsy, digital mammography and 3-D ultrasound. The medical campus also contains a cancer treatment center with a 2011 linear accelerator upgrade. Close facility proximity offers patients a hassle-free experience, and physicians easy access to the workplace.
