With Fusion-Rx, the Community Pharmacy at Adventist Health Sonora provides a quick and easy way for you to order prescription refills from your mobile device. You can securely view your prescription profile, including accurate information on each prescription and whether it is refillable. You can even request for the pharmacy to contact the prescribing provider to authorize additional refills when required.
Simply download the Fusion-Rx app from your mobile app store.
- Search for your pharmacy by name or zip code:
- Select Adventist Health Sonora Greenley or Adventist Health Sonora Stockton
- Confirm pharmacy selection and agree to terms
- Select Quick Refill
- Enter patient’s name and phone number
- Enter up to six prescription numbers and click next
- Status will let you know if prescriptions were accepted or if there are any errors
- Click submit order and a summary of prescriptions submitted will be displayed
To set up Prescription Profile Login
Contact the pharmacy and ask for a patient access code. Then follow the instructions in the app.
