Secure, online access to your health records
Using your computer or the MyChart app, you can go online to access your health records through a secure, encrypted connection from anywhere. You can use OHSU Health MyChart to:
- View medical information.
- Send a message to your doctor.
- Manage your appointments.
- Access your family’s medical records.
- Keep track of your medications.
- Pay your bills online.
Signing up for MyChart
Go to MyChart and select “Sign Up Now.” You will need your access code and medical record number. This can be found on the last page of the after-visit summary you received at the end of your appointment. If you lost your access code or do not have one, please contact the MyChart help desk at 503-494-5252.
Getting MyChart for a child or loved one
Are you a parent or caregiver? Through proxy access to a child's or other loved one's MyChart account, you can help them make appointments, keep track of their medications and message their care team. Learn more about proxy access.
