Portland Primary Care

Care that makes you primary

Health care can feel like a big maze sometimes. Maybe you are in great health and rarely see a provider. Maybe you have a chronic health problem and need to be seen more regularly. Or maybe you have a sudden illness or injury, and you want to see someone who already knows you and your unique life.

In any of these cases — and in many others — it’s reassuring and convenient to have an ongoing relationship with your own doctor or nurse practitioner. Connecting with your own primary care provider means you get care for your whole life, not just one illness or injury.

With primary care clinics located conveniently across the east side of the Portland metro area, Adventist Health Portland can help you start a long-term relationship with a provider and a health care system focused on your total well-being —not just one time but all the time.

Coordinated care for all your needs

Your primary care provider can guide you toward the right treatment based not just on what’s happening today, but what’s been going on in your life over time. We partner with you to coordinate your whole-person care, from wellness visits and chronic care to specialty care and in-house licensed therapists.

As part of OHSU Health, our primary care providers also connect you with an entire network of specialists, urgent care clinics, emergency care and Oregon’s only academic medical center.
