Food is love made edible, so come learn how to cook a special meal for yourself and your loved ones with these whole food, plant-based versions of Italian classics! Learn how to make Stuffed Eggplant Parmigiana and Bruschetta, including recipes for a fresh roasted plum tomato sauce, creamy cashew mozzarella and crumbly walnut parm!


All classes are vegan and are demonstration-style. Generous samples and written recipes are provided. This is a group food demonstration and food allergies are not accommodated.
