Southern California Edison (SCE) Update

Community Needs Southern California Edison (SCE) is closely monitoring the weather to determine whether to cut off power to California residents in fire-prone areas beginning today, October 23. The scope of the potential power outages and wind events could affect Los Angeles, Ventura, and other surrounding counties. Adventist Health remains in ongoing coordination with government relations, information technology, and supply chain to ensure we are prepared in the event of a power outage.

Following the recent Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and fires, Adventist Health teams are working diligently to ensure our hospitals are prepared to continue providing service to our communities in the event of any weather, power or other disruptive events.
