This accredited program by the American Association of Diabetes Educators is led by certified diabetes educators for people who want to manage their Type 2 diabetes and prevent complications. Participants learn how to eat healthy, be active, monitor blood sugar levels, reduce risk of other health conditions, and other skills to cope with the disease.
