Recipes from "A Weekend with Dr. Diehl"

Health News, 2018

More than 200 people enjoyed meeting and hearing Dr. Hans Diehl in person and eating heart-healthy meals as part of “A Weekend with Dr. Diehl” presented March 1 through 3 by Tillamook Regional Medical Center. Dr. Diehl is the founder of the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and a Clinical Professor of Preventative Medicine at Loma Linda University.

More than 500 Tillamook County residents have graduated from CHIP since 2005. Dr. Diehl was on hand to celebrate the graduation of the 25th class in Tillamook.

In response to the many inquiries about the recipes used throughout the weekend, we have posted them here on our website for your convenience.

The next CHIP session of healthy living classes in Tillamook County is starting March 26. Attend a free information session on March 13 or 15. For more information about these classes, call TRMC Community Wellness at 503-815-2270.
