Diabetes Education Group Class
Five weekly sessions, starting Tues., Sept. 4 at 5 p.m. or Wed., Sept. 6 at 9 a.m.
Adventist Health Castle Wellness & Lifestyle Medicine Center
Insurance accepted as well as self-pay.
Led by a Diabetes Educator, this series of five sessions is designed to transform the way you learn about and manage Type II diabetes. Each session is interactive and informative. Program includes “Type 2 BASICS” book. Family members or caregivers are also welcome to attend, but please reserve a spot in advance.

Joint & Spine Center presentation: “Hip and Knee Replacements and Revisions”

Join Adventist Health Castle Director of Human Performance, Todd Reese, for a protein-rich waffle, a traditional Swiss Bircher muesli and another vegan breakfast selection. This is a vegan demonstration-style class. Generous samples and written recipes are provided.
