GAMC Announces New Liver Failure and Transplant Evaluation Clinic

Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC) is proud to announce a new affiliation with Loma Linda University Health System, right here on the GAMC campus. The new Liver Failure and Transplant Evaluation Clinic provides patients who are awaiting a liver transplant to receive care without having to travel long distances for regular office visits with their transplant physicians.

This clinic is designed to improve access to advanced care for patients with end-stage liver disease, including cirrhosis, ascites, encephalopathy or liver cancer. The clinic will also provide evaluation for liver transplantation. An experienced hepatologist from Loma Linda will work closely with GAMC physicians to coordinate care.

The Loma Linda Liver Failure and Transplant Evaluation Clinic will provide evaluation, management, treatment and referral for transplantation and continued follow up care including post-transplant immunotherapy disease management. Deeply dedicated to healing the whole person, Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Loma Linda University Health System will collaborate with our community physicians and strive to restore each patient to a full and productive life.
