In this new role, Wehtje will serve as a financial leader with responsibility for the financial performance of the growing region which represents 40 percent of the system’s net revenue and nearly 50 percent of the physician partners. “Ronald’s experience as a financial executive and his ability to be a team builder will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow the Southern California Region,” said Beth Zachary, president and chief executive officer for the Adventist Health Southern California Region. “He brings a history of working with acute-care hospitals and physician practices which will benefit the region as we continue to expand our mission.”

Wehtje comes to Adventist Health with more than 30 years of experience and will assume his new role in early April.
