Rideout Raises Pay for Current Employees, Keeping Competitive with Market Employees Get a Pay Raise

Rideout Press Releases

MARYSVILLE, Calif., November 3, 2014 — The Rideout Health Board of Directors and leadership demonstrated their appreciation for the important work staff does each day by creating a more competitive wage and benefits package to retain and attract a quality workforce.

"While we are pleased that our benefits package has been and still remains competitive, our salary ranges have clearly fallen behind the market," said Bob Chason, Chief Executive Officer of Rideout. "Therefore, I am pleased to report that the board has approved a major investment in Rideout's salary program, which will result in salary increases for some staff at a minimum of 2%."

The Board's goal with this initiative increase is to align compensation for our employees with wages in the Sacramento region. For bargaining unit employees, this information has been presented and met with full support.

Each impacted employee – all Directors and below – will receive a personalized letter this week explaining their specific compensation changes. This wage increase will be effective November 2, 2014 and be reflected on the November 20, 2014 paycheck.

Rideout is committed to recognizing each employee's dedication and service to their patients, community and each other. Rideout is dedicated to moving forward by working everyday to provide high-quality care and build a stronger culture.
