​Client relations representatives are available for the following services:

• Requesting verbal results
• Ordering additional tests not originally requested on the Test Request Form
• Inquiring about specimen requirements and handling procedures
• Investigating all problems and monitoring expedient resolution
• Arranging specimen pick-up times
• Providing rapid verbal or faxed reports
