Driving Directions
Located near the cross streets of East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. and State Street, our convenient Medical Plaza III) location offers easy freeway access. The Center for Limb Preservation & Advanced Wound Care is located inside our newest building Medical Plaza III on the South West Corner of East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. & State St. Medical Plaza III has its own 3-level parking structure located on the west side of State St. just south of East Cesar E. Chavez Ave.
Golden State Fwy/Southbound I-5
Follow transition to the I-10 East. Exit East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. Turn right at top of off-ramp. Cross State St. Medical Plaza III is located on the immediate right.
Golden State Fwy/Northbound I-5
Take exit East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. and turn left at the top of the off-ramp onto East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. Turn left on State St. Medical Plaza III is located on the immediate right.
San Bernardino Fwy/Westbound I-10
At the 101/10 freeway split, stay on the I-10 West. From the left lane, exit at State St. and turn left at the top of the off-ramp. Cross over East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. Medical Plaza III is located on the immediate right.
Santa Monica Fwy/Eastbound I-10
Transition to the I-5 North. Exit East Cesar Chavez Ave. and turn left at the top of the off-ramp onto East Cesar E Chavez. Turn right onto State St. Medical Plaza III is located on the immediate right.
From Southbound I-101
Transition to I-10 East. Exit State / Soto. Turn right at the top of the off-ramp onto State St. Cross over East Cesar E. Chavez Ave. Medical Plaza III is located on the immediate right.
From Downtown
Proceed East on First St. Cross under the I-5 Fwy. and turn left onto State St. Medical Plaza III will be on your left just South of East Cesar E. Chavez Ave.
Parking Fees
Rates for MOB III have not been set. At this time parking is complimentary in Lot L6 for patients/visitors of the Center for Limb Preservation & Advanced Wound Carer. Rates will be added in 2016.
Rates to park on main campus are as follows:
- First 15 minutes FREE
- 16 min to 30 min $2.00
- 31 min - 1 hour $3.50
- 1 hr 01 min - 1 hr 30 min $5.00
- 1 hr 31 min - 2 hours $6.50
- Maximum $6.50
Once you pay the full rate ($6.50), if you leave and return the same day, there is no additional charge.
Parking Discount Card
As a benefit to our senior patients, we provide a 50% Discount Card valid at any of our public parking lots on the Adventist Health White Memorial campus. Seniors can obtain this free card from the concierge at the front desk of the Medical Plaza II lobby inside the Community Information Center. Seniors need to be 65 years or older, show a valid form of ID and be present at the time of the request. The Discount Card is valid for one year and is renewable.
Transportation Assistance
At no charge, our friendly and courteous van drivers can pick you up or take you home for medical center appointments within a five-mile radius of the medical center. Our vans run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and space is limited.

Last minute requests for assistance may not be accommodated. In some instances, bus assistance may also be available to you. Metro bus line #68 stops directly in front of our hospital. For more information on bus lines, call your local MTA line.
