About PT Solutions

At PT Solutions, we strive to make your experience great from beginning to end. This starts with flexible appointment scheduling and acceptance of most major insurance plans and continues with superior patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment.

Meet Our Team

Leigh-Anne Fourie, PT, DPT, OCS - Senior Clinic Director

Leigh-Anne Fourie joined the PT Solutions team in the summer of 2015. She graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Originally from South Africa, she was recruited to play college tennis and went on to attend the physical therapy program at her alma mater. She was a clinic director in the Florida Panhandle from 2016-2020. She then joined the travel team to assist with interim management in Central Texas before heading to Bakersfield, CA. She led the opening of the first PT Solutions clinic partnered with AdventistHealth in Bakersfield in April 2021. Outside of work, Leigh-Anne loves to play tennis, hike, and travel.

Regan Laker, PT, DPT - Clinic Director

Regan Laker graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana University in May 2020. She was born and raised outside of Indianapolis in a small country town called Rushville. She was a travel physical therapist across the country before coming to Bakersfield as the clinic director. Regan was a gymnast for 14 years and has had more injuries than she can count! As a previous patient, she fell in love with the occupation. She loves the healing and holistic aspect of physical therapy and enjoys working with all patient populations. Her top three are pelvic health, neurologic, and pediatric patients -particularly the functionality and creativity involved. Outside of work, Regan teaches hot yoga and hot pilates classes and loves all things adventure. On the weekends, you could find Regan at all the local coffee shops, hiking, and exploring her new state.

D’Arcy Hlavin, PT, DPT, OCS - Staff Physical Therapist

D’Arcy was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. She was a 3x NCAA qualifier in cross country and track and field in college, and went on to Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA to earn her doctorate in physical therapy. After graduation she moved to the Golden State, where she completed an orthopedic residency program, and earned the designation of Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. Out of the clinic, D’Arcy is an avid runner, rock climber, skier, and hiker, who thoroughly enjoys road trips and camping all over the United States. D’Arcy has a passion for helping others move and heal through injuries and pain, so they can enjoy life to the fullest!

Kitty Sachdeva, PT, DPT - Staff Physical Therapist

Kitty received her doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda university, CA and prior to that she did her graduation program in Physiotherapy in India. Kitty is currently a certified clinical instructor and plans to pursue becoming a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS). She enjoys combining biomechanics, manual therapy and functional exercise prescription when working with different patient populations. She believes in a holistic and integrated approach of physical, mental, and emotional health while treating her patients. Separate from work, she is passionate about health, nutrition and enjoys doing yoga and meditation. She is the mom of a 2-year-old and loves to spend time with husband and son. She feels the most fulfilled and content in helping patients achieve whatever their personal goals may be. When she is not at work you can find her doing styling and dress designing.

Thomas Lynch - Staff Physical Therapist

Thomas serves as a Physical Therapist Assistant at PT Solutions. He grew up for 18 years in the small town of Kirksville, Missouri. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and then proceeded to attend College of the Sequoias to receive my PTA license. He loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds, learning more and more about how the body heals and the importance of maintaining genuine interest in the people around us. Outside of his time in the clinic, he finds so much joy in raising his son and getting on a soccer field any chance he can get. In general, if he is being active, he is having a good time.
