Childbirth Classes
We're here to help you get prepared for delivery
We have partnered with Injoy Health Education to provide you with an engaging online childbirth education program. Our "Understanding Birth eClass" will equip you with birthing techniques so you'll be ready when the big day comes. Our class includes engaging videos, animation, quizzes and follow-along exercises and games. It is available 24 hours a day on any device with an internet connection, and you'll have access to our online material for eight weeks after registration.
