Wellness Program

Recovery IS possible.

Ukiah Wellness Program at Adventist Health Pain Management offers people with substance use disorders a confidential and safe place to find support and whole-person treatment. Our team will be with you every step of the way, as you set your sights on recovery. We are your advocates and offer a safe place to help you build the life you want.

You will first establish care with a provider, then work with a counselor who will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan designed by your personal goals.

We offer:

  • Individual Counseling
  • Group Counseling
  • Family Support
  • Youth Services
  • Medication-Assisted-Treatment (MAT)
  • Transportation support
  • Medication Navigation
  • Childcare for appointments (with advanced notice)
  • Referrals for outside resources
  • Education
  • Life Skills
  • Tools for managing pain without substances

Recovery IS possible.

Preventing overdose is an important part of the MAT program. If you or someone you spend time with has a substance use disorder, please contact our counselor at (707) 463-7461 to request Narcan training and a free Narcan Overdose Kit. No appointment needed, no questions asked.

Let us support you in recovery from:

  • Opiates
  • Stimulants
  • Alcohol
  • Benzodiazepines

To talk with a substance use counselor, call (707) 463-7461. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. Our hospital can help you access this program once you are safe and stable, no questions asked.
