Epic Community Connect Program – Coming Soon
Adventist Health will be rolling out an Epic Community Connect Program to extend our Epic EHR platform to other organizations such as clinics, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, small hospitals, etc. Through Epic Community Connect, providers will benefit from improved care coordination, streamlined referrals, and more seamless access to patient information across the care continuum.
Adventist Health EpicCare Link
Your new community affiliate portal
Adventist Health EpicCare Link is a secure, web-based portal that gives external healthcare partners access to real-time patient information and Epic functionality. Designed for referring providers, clinic staff, and other authorized users outside of Adventist Health, this portal will replace the current Adventist Health HIE Portal and offer expanded features and improved workflows.
