Updates to your billing experience

Beginning August 30, 2026, we have transitioned to the Adventist Health MyChart online health portal, and billing platform to better serve you.

For visits BEFORE August 30, 2026: Use your legacy patient portal to pay bills for care prior to August 30, 2026. Pay your bill online in the OHSU MyChart patient portal. Or call our patient account specialists at 888-311-1283, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feel free to leave a message after hours.

Whether you prefer to pay online, by phone, or through the mail, we offer options to fit your needs and make taking care of your balance simple. 

Pay via our online health portal, MyChart 

Paying online via MyChart is the quickest and easiest way to pay a bill. Adventist Health MyChart is a fast, convenient way to view or print statements and pay your bills from your smart phone or computer 24/7. 

We recommend creating an account for a more personalized experience, which will also allow for quicker access in the future and give you additional features like paying multiple bills at once, saving payment methods, viewing payment history, and creating a payment plan for eligible bills.

Other ways to pay your bill 

Pay by phone 

Call 877-248-6441 to reach our automated service 24/7. You will be asked to provide your Access Code or Payor ID number from your statement. 

Pay by mail 

You may also mail your payment to the appropriate location listed on your billing statement. Please include the payment stub from the statement. 

Cash payments 

You can pay bills with cash payments at the following locations: 

• Adventist Health Portland Medical Center, Main Admitting Office 
  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
  Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Adventist Health Portland Pavilion
  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Payments with Adventist Health MyChart 

Use our online health portal, MyChart, to easily and securely view and pay bills for care received on or after August 30, 2026. With MyChart, you can:

A note about additional bills

Some providers will bill you separately, so expect to receive more than one bill for your hospital stay. These additional bills might include:

• The provider performing your main procedure/surgery
• The radiologist reading your medical imaging
• The anesthesiologist who cares for you during surgery

Accepted health insurance

Adventist Health Portland is contracted with the following major health plans. Please contact your health plan for details about in-network providers and coverage amounts. You are responsible for co-pays, your deductible, and any remaining balance your insurance requires you to pay.
