Based on an award-winning, evidence-based program, our self-paced online class is organized into eight chapters covering pregnancy, labor, birth stories, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, newborn care and the postpartum period.

Note: It is recommended to pair this class with our Natural Childbirth class (use the “combine and save” option during checkout to get both classes for $99).
