New Parent Support Group

Adventist Health Portland invites you to a free weekly drop‑in group for parents and babies ages 0–12 months, designed to provide connection, encouragement and support during the early months of parenthood. The group meets every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Open to parents of babies ages 0-12 months. Free. No registration required.

Open to all parents and caregivers with infants ages 0–12 months, the group welcomes families regardless of where their baby was born. Participants can connect with others navigating similar experiences, share questions, and learn from Adventist Health clinicians in a relaxed, supportive environment.
