Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is committed to helping those with diabetes, hormonal disorders and metabolic disorders stay healthy and educated on the best ways to live a healthy life. We offer several educational opportunities for those living with these conditions.

Once-a-month diabetes education class

This evening class is an informational introduction to diabetes for those who are newly diagnosed or those who need a refresher on the basic tools of living a great life with diabetes.

Diabetes self-management program

You will gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify and successfully manage diabetes and its related conditions. The classes are taught by a nurse, clinical educator, registered dietician and pharmacist.

Topics include:

  • Healthy eating
  • Activity
  • Blood glucose monitoring
  • Medication
  • Problem solving
  • Reducing risks
  • Coping with diabetes

The cost of the series is $25. Classes are held at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial West Campus, 800 South Lower Sacramento Road in Lodi.
