Community Advisory Council

You can make a difference and it’s easy! Adventist Health Lodi Memorial wants your help. We’re looking for 6 to 12 community members to serve on the Community Advisory Council.

If you or someone in your family has been a patient during the last 12 months, you may be just who we’re looking for!

As an advisor, you can help shape patient care by your viewpoint on topics like:

  • Customer service and patient care
  • How we work with health plans
  • Opportunities for new services
What is the Community Advisory Council?

The Community Advisory Council is a partnership of patient and family member advisors and Adventist Health representatives who are dedicated to advancing patient- and family-centered health care. The council will meet during a catered lunch once per quarter.

What is the purpose of this group?

Advisory Council Members will have an active role in improving patients’ and families’ care experience by:

  • Identifying opportunities
  • Gathering and providing feedback and perspective on topics related to patient- and family-centered health care, such as services, care, activities, health plans, and programs.
