Adventist Health Castle is located on the Windward side of the island of O‘ahu, a mile from the heart of Kailua town, at the intersection of Kailua Road and Kalaniana‘ole Highway. The entrance to the parking lot is actually from ‘Ulukahiki Street, a small street off the intersection.

Directions

  • From Kailua:
    Take Kailua Road towards the Pali 1.2 miles to the intersection with Kalaniana‘ole Highway. At the intersection, turn right onto ‘Ulukahiki Street and then left into the parking lot.
  • From Waimānalo and Enchanted Lake: Take Kalaniana‘ole Highway to the intersection with Kailua Road. Continue straight onto ‘Ulukahiki Street, and then turn left into the parking lot.
  • From Kāne‘ohe and points north:
    Take Kamehameha Highway to the intersection with the Pali Highway. Turn left onto Kalaniana‘ole Highway, the road that leads to Kailua town. In 1.8 miles, you will reach the intersection where Kalaniana‘ole Highway heads off to the right to Waimānalo. At that intersection, turn left onto ‘Ulukahiki Street and then left again into the parking lot.
  • From downtown Honolulu:
    Take the Pali Highway over the Ko‘olau mountain range. At the bottom of the mountain, continue straight through the intersection with Kamehamaha Highway. 1.8 miles later, you will reach the intersection where Kalaniana‘ole Highway heads off to the right to Waimānalo. At that intersection, turn left onto ‘Ulukahiki Street and then left again into the parking lot.
  • From the Leeward side:
    Take H-3 over the Ko‘olau mountain range. The second exit after the tunnels is the Kamehameha Highway exit. Take this exit, drive down the ramp, and turn right onto Kamehameha Highway. Take it 0.8 miles to the intersection with the Pali Highway. Turn left onto Kalaniana‘ole Highway, the road that leads to Kailua town. In 1.8 miles, you will reach the intersection where Kalaniana‘ole Highway heads off to the right to Waimānalo. At that intersection, turn left onto ‘Ulukahiki Street and then left again into the parking lot.
  • By bus:
    City bus routes 56 and 57 stop right in front of the hospital, coming from both Honolulu and Kailua, from early in the morning until after 9:45 p.m., seven days a week. In Honolulu, you can board either one of these buses downtown on Alakea Street or at Ala Moana Center. Bus route 77, running between Waimānalo and Kāne‘ohe, and bus route 70, connecting Lanikai, Kāne‘ohe Bay Marine Corps Base, and Maunawili, also stop in front of the hospital when heading in either direction.

This building, which contains the Adventist Health Castle primary and specialty care clinics, Ko‘olau Pharmacy, Windward Surgery Center, and various doctors’ offices, is located right on the property of Adventist Health Castle. It is just twenty feet in front of the left side of the main hospital building. Parking is in the main hospital lot.

To Castle Professional Center

Castle Professional Center, which contains a rehabilitation facility, laboratory, X-ray facility, and various doctors’ offices, is located in downtown Kāne‘ohe at the intersection of Kamehameha Highway, Līlīpuna Road, and Kahuhipa Street. The blue-and-white, three-story building is at the corner of the intersection, behind the Walgreen’s in Kāne‘ohe Bay Shopping Center.

City bus route 55, running from Honolulu to Kahuku, and bus route 65, running from Honolulu to Temple Valley, both stop less than one block from Castle Professional Center when heading in either direction. Bus routes 56 and 77 stop not far from the building when heading south on Kamehameha Highway.
