Improving the health of our community
Guided by our mission, Adventist Health Castle’s calling is to help improve the lives of our friends and neighbors across O’ahu – not only by providing exceptional healthcare, but also by extending our impact beyond our hospital walls through strategic community investments.
Making an impact in our community
Every three years, Adventist Health Castle completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) that is grounded in comprehensive health and well-being data paired with the voices and experiences of community members. Guided by these insights, hospital and community leaders intentionally address the greatest health needs through the Community Health Implementation Strategy (CHIS).

Advancing our local workforce
A key part of achieving financial stability is gaining the education needed for career advancement. Adventist Health Castle’s education scholarship is helping one of our former medical assistants pursue medical school at the University of Hawaii.
