Pharmacy Residency Application Process

Adventist Health Bakersfield participates in the ASHP PhORCAS service and all documents below will need to be submitted via this service. For more information about PhORCAS, please visit ashp.org/phorcas.

Application materials include:

• Letter of intent
• Official transcripts
• Curriculum vitae
• Recent Photo
• Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a clinical APPE; the other two should be from a clinical or academic professor/mentor/researcher, manager, or similar)

Eligible candidates will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
