Virtual Visits Learn More

As part of our efforts to keep our community members safe and healthy, many Adventist Health doctors are offering virtual visits. Using a phone, tablet or computer, you can connect with your Adventist Health doctor from the comfort and safety of your own home. If you receive a prescription at the end of your virtual visit, it can be sent directly to your local pharmacy. Please call your doctor’s office to determine if virtual visits are available and right for you.

About Adventist Health Bakersfield Learn More
"In life, it’s incredibly rare to find an individual who truly cares for others in their time of greatest need. Even so, how much more astronomical is it to find an entire group of people willing to go above and beyond the standard expectations of care we, as a family had for our father.”
-The Fama Family, Bakersfield

Adventist Health Bakersfield is humbled and honored to be recognized as the only Top Hospital in Kern County, by the Leapfrog group. While this is a great recognition, what it really shows is our unwavering commitment to give our very best for our community as we carry out our mission of “Living God’s love by inspiring health, wholeness and hope.” As one of six hospitals in California and one of 35 in the nation with this “Top General Hospital” status for patient safety and quality care, we appreciate being our community’s hospital of choice.
