The Medical Center
AHCL is a 25-bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County. Services include 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and three rural health clinics that provide behavioral health, dental care, family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, podiatry, and specialty health care services.
In August 2013, a new emergency department opened with 12 state-of-the-art patient monitoring rooms – two of which are for trauma patients.
In 2013, Adventist Health Clear Lake had 1,383 admissions, 171 deliveries, 19,180 emergency visits and 64,121 outpatient visits. The hospital is staffed by more than 40 physicians, 326 employees and 51 volunteers.
