We take the time to personalize your care. Every new patient appointment is at least one hour long and can include time with your physician or physicians and our Clinical Care Navigator. Follow-up appointments last from 15-30 minutes. We give you ample time for questions while being respectful of your schedule and needs.

At your first visit, we review your health history and prior tests, order any additional diagnostic tests that are needed and individualize a treatment plan for you. At follow-up visits, we check in on side effects and symptoms, making sure your treatment plan continues to serve you well. Depending on your healthcare status and needs the follow up visit may be with your oncologist or our oncology certified nurse practitioner.

Our clinical care navigator and patient resource coordinator offer guidance on nutrition and exercise, emotional well-being, and assistance with accessing onsite access to acupuncture, massage and mindfulness and meditation training.

Our doctors, patient navigators and staff are available during regular business hours. We also have an emergency phone line where you can reach a physician after hours and on weekends and holidays. You dial the same number, (707) 967-5721, regardless of time of day or day of week.
