Dinner – Raw Taco or Wrap
Looking for a dinner that will leave you feeling vibrant and refreshed? Try our raw taco or wrap recipe below. It’s a quick and easy meal that helps ensure you’re getting the recommended daily veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 Large leafy green such as collards, romaine, or Kale
- ¼ cup Hummus Spread or spread of your liking
- ¼ cup Shredded Carrot
- 3 Slices Cucumber
- 2 slices Bell Pepper
- 1/8 cup Pico De Gallo
- Dressing of your choice
Preparation
Wash and clean your lettuce. Dry pieces off and spread a layer of hummus or spread of your choice onto the leaf. Place in fillings, roll or enjoy open faced. Finish with your favorite dressing or hot sauce and enjoy!
