How to Apply

At Adventist Health White Memorial, we offer four medical residency programs and one pharmacy residency program. Residents gain a comprehensive experience grounded in excellence and compassion. Each program has a specific application process for prospective residents.

Pharmacy residency

Applications to the Pharmacy Residency Program must be submitted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Please note that Adventist Health White Memorial does not sponsor visas or accept J-1 or F-1 visas.

Requirements for admission:
  • PharmD degree from an accredited U.S. pharmacy school
  • Official academic transcripts
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of intent
  • Interview
