Adventist Health Simi Valley notifies patients of possible security breach
Jan 17, 2020
Adventist Health Simi Valley, a hospital in Southern California, recently learned of a phishing incident that compromised an associate’s email account. While there is no indication that any patient information was accessed or acquired, the safety and privacy of our patients is our highest priority. Even though this incident was isolated, we have provided information to potentially impacted individuals in each of our communities out of an abundance of caution and offered a year of free identity theft protection services through a data breach and recovery services expert. For more information, please call 1-833-719-0090.
