How to Become a Volunteer

We're thrilled that you'd like to join our family! Upon receipt, your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted to schedule an interview. After interview and upon acceptance, the following requirements must be met for volunteer candidates (18+ years):

• Criminal background check
• Health screening
• Orientation
• Training

Expectations

• Excellence in customer service
• Adhere to dress code
• Honor scheduled commitments
• Completion of 100 hours of service in order to receive verification of hours document

• Volunteer Service Agreement
• Confidentiality Agreement
• Consent of Release of Photo Agreement
• Volunteer/Unpaid Trainee Authorization form (minors only)
• Background Check Consent Form (adults only)
