Adventist Health Castle Earns Prestigious 5-Star Rating from CMS

Adventist Health Castle has just been awarded the prestigious 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the second year in a row. It is the only medical facility in Hawai‘i to receive this honor in 2024 and is among only 10% of hospitals nationwide to have earned five stars.
The 5-star rating from CMS, a federal agency, is highly significant because it is based solely on objective data and patient outcomes. This distinguished rating places Adventist Health Castle among the top-performing hospitals in the nation. It recognizes Adventist Health Castle for higher patient satisfaction scores than its peers, lower inpatient mortality and readmission rates, and fewer healthcare-associated infections.
