During open enrollment windows you can select a health plan that includes the Adventist Health Care Network. The steps are simple:

When you choose Adventist Health Care Network as your medical group, three key parts help you get the care you need: your health plan, your medical group and your primary care doctor. 

Your health plan manages your insurance coverage. It determines which services are covered, where you can receive care, and what you may pay. 

Your medical group, such as the Adventist Health Care Network, connects you with participating doctors, specialists, and other care providers in your health plan’s network. 

Your primary care doctor is your main point of contact for routine and preventive care. Your doctor and care team can also help arrange referrals or other services when needed.
