At Adventist Health, our primary care is more than checkups and annual wellness exams — it’s about having a trusted provider for whenever you need care and throughout your life. It’s about getting accurate diagnoses and spot-on treatments from someone who cares about the whole you — body, mind and spirit. It’s about having a confidante you can talk to easily, get to easily, and always depend upon to help you and your family live your healthiest life.

Trusted care for your everyday health needs

Your primary care provider is your trusted partner in maintaining and managing your overall health. Our experienced providers can meet a range of fundamental and critical health needs, including:

  • Annual physical exams
  • Diagnosing illnesses or injuries
  • Disease screening
  • Chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, hypertension)
  • Flu shots and immunizations
  • Prescriptions and medication management
  • Referrals to specialists
  • Wellness advice and lifestyle guidance

Providing healthcare to our rural communities

Our rural health clinics are a service of Adventist Health Tillamook RHC/Medical Office Network and serve over 84,000 patients annually across five coastal and inland communities — Pacific City, Tillamook, Manzanita, Vernonia, and Estacada. Our medical offices hold the Oregon Health Authority Patient-Centered Primary Care Home certification for exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency.
