Adventist Health Rapid Care to Update Hours

Adventist Health Tillamook has updated the hours of operation for Adventist Health Rapid Care, located at 1100 Third Street, effective August 30, 2026. Adventist Health Rapid Care will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The change follows a review of the days and times patients most often seek care to ensure resources are available when the community needs them most.

Understanding rapid care and emergency care

Rapid care provides easy access to same-day treatment for illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but require fast medical attention. Patients will continue to have reliable access to experienced providers who can address a wide range of healthcare concerns without an appointment. Additionally, emergency care for life-threatening illnesses and injuries will continue to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the Adventist Health Tillamook Medical Center Emergency Department, located on the same campus.

Aligning care with community needs

“Our goal is to meet patients where they are and provide care when they need it most,” said Michael Halferty, MD, Ambulatory Medical Director for Adventist Health Tillamook. “The updated hours better align with how our community is using rapid care while allowing us to align resources when they are most needed. We are committed to ensuring patients have convenient, local options for high-quality care close to home.”
