The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have recognized our skilled nursing teams for their outstanding care and exceptional quality by awarding a Five-Star rating in 2026.
The Five-Star Quality Rating System is based on health inspections, staffing, and several quality measures. Achieving five out of five stars places Adventist Health Sonora among the best nursing homes in the country and in the top 10 percent in California.
