Adventist Health Medical Office – Tulare is pleased to welcome board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist Sukhvinder Bhajal, MD, to its staff. Electrophysiology is a cardiac specialty that enables physicians to diagnose and treat patients with arrhythmia, also known as an irregular heartbeat.

After earning his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, Bhajal pursued postdoctoral training in Milwaukee. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin followed by a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

“Having grown up here, the Central Valley is important to me,” Bhajal said. “I’m pleased I can bring a specialized area of medicine to the community and eliminate the need for patients to travel to Fresno or the Bay Area for treatment.”

When not caring for patients, Bhajal enjoys running, weight training, motorcycling, flying, and cooking.

Bhajal is accepting new patients and may be reached at Adventist Health Medical Office – Tulare, located at 2059 North Hillman Street Tulare, CA. More information and appointments are available by calling 559-605-0090.
