Laboratory Department Earns National Accreditation for Excellence in Patient Care

Adventist Health and Rideout’s Laboratory Department has been awarded full accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) following a rigorous on-site inspection, placing the laboratory among an elite group recognized for meeting the highest standards in quality, safety and diagnostic excellence.

Renowned for its more than 3,000 stringent, evidence-based standards, CAP accreditation is considered the gold standard in laboratory quality assurance.
