Emmanuel Nunez, MSN, FNP-C, Joins Adventist Health Medical Office - Wasco

Adventist Health is pleased to welcome board-certified family nurse practitioner Emmanuel Nunez, MSN, FNP-C, to its Wasco medical office location. Nunez provides preventive care and treatment for minor ailments and acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma and hypertension. Services include immunizations, physicals, well woman and well child exams, and more.
A longtime resident of Bakersfield, his focus is improving the health and wellness of the Kern County community.
“I love having the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the patients I care for,” he said. “I routinely pray to ask God to help guide my hands and heart in caring for my patients.”
Nunez earned his Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from California State University, Bakersfield. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and California Association of Nurse Practitioners. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
When not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young sons, running 8-10 miles per week, CrossFit, cycling, and reading.
