About the group
The early weeks of breastfeeding can bring many questions, and this group offers a supportive space to receive guidance, encouragement, and hands-on assistance from a certified lactation consultant. Whether you have questions about latch, positioning, milk supply, or how much milk your baby is getting during a feeding, this group is here to help you feel more informed and supported. Participants will have the opportunity to receive personalized breastfeeding support, take part in weighted feeds to better understand milk intake, and connect with other mothers navigating the early weeks of breastfeeding.
What to expect
- Latch and positioning: Get hands-on guidance to help support a comfortable, effective latch.
- Milk supply questions: Ask questions and receive guidance about safely supporting, maintaining, or managing milk supply.
- Community connection: Spend time in an encouraging environment with other mothers who are also navigating the early months of feeding and caring for their babies.
