This is the hands-on skills test for HeartCode® BLS certification. You will be evaluated on your ability to physically perform adult and child one-person and two-person BLS, including AED usage.

Sessions are conducted Monday through Thursday and will be scheduled to match your availability with the instructor's.

Current employees of Adventist Health Sonora should not use this form for BLS Certification. Please contact the Education Department.

Prior to scheduling your skills test, you must complete the online portion of HeartCode® BLS (purchased directly from AHA at shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls

You will need to present your completion certificate from the online portion to your instructor. When you arrive, please call 209-536-3280 to be given access to the building.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA.
