Maria “Angel” Flores, FNP-BC, Joins Primary Care in Atascadero

We are pleased to welcome Maria “Angel” Flores, FNP-BC, to our patient care teams serving the Adventist Health Primary Care clinic in Atascadero.

Flores, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, serves adults ages 18 and older with top-tier, patient-centered primary care. She strives to be a source of love, hope, and healing to her patients and their families, believing that compassion is at the heart of medicine.

Flores, who holds a Master of Science in Nursing, performs wellness exams and helps patients with health concerns like high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, depression, and more. She has developed extensive clinical expertise through her previous work in addiction medicine, pain management, forensic nursing, and primary care for the underserved population of the Central Coast.

Originally from the Philippines, Flores speaks Tagalog and Visayan in addition to English.
