To beat heart disease, we have to be aware of the signs, symptoms, and risk factors. We have, for years, provided women in our community access to low-cost heart health assessments to identify individual risk factors, including family history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes. Although our mission remains focused on women, Heart health assessments are open to everyone in our community upon the urging of past patients who wanted the men in their lives to benefit from these essential check-ups.
